About the position
The Security Operations Center Specialist at Securitas Inc. is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents within the organization. This role involves executing security protocols, managing security systems, investigating breaches, and implementing corrective actions to enhance security measures. The specialist also collaborates with other security teams and law enforcement to ensure the overall security of the organization while providing customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other security teams and law enforcement on incident responses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of security experience required.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center or dispatching environment.
- 1+ years of experience working with computers.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Excellent observational skills and ability to respond calmly in stressful situations.
Nice-to-haves
- Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
- Familiarity with security systems, radios, and alarm systems.
