About the position

The Security Operations Center Technician at Foot Locker is a part-time role focused on managing access control and IP camera systems at corporate and store locations. This position involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic devices and network connections, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment. The technician will monitor alarms, provide support for system deployments, and interact with various team members across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer technical physical security systems such as Ccure and Genetec access control, Honeywell / Resido alarm monitoring platforms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions and connectivity problems.
• Monitor intrusion alarm systems and provide video verification to dispatch law enforcement as needed.
• Provide remote software installation, configuration, and system programming support.
• Review incident-based video, download to storage, and distribute to stakeholders as necessary.
• Prepare clear communications to security and business leadership during major incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with access control and CCTV products such as Genetec, Honeywell, Exacq, and CCURE Software House applications.
• Physical Security Operations Center experience is a plus.
• Alarm monitoring experience is a plus.
• Certifications in Ccure/Software House and Genetec access control systems are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork; a 'can do' attitude and desire to provide the best service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
