About The Position

The Security Operations Manager at the Motion Picture Association (MPA) will oversee all operational aspects of the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) program, focusing on content security within the media and entertainment industry. This role involves managing TPN assessments, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring quality control across interconnected projects. The successful candidate will lead initiatives from strategy through implementation, aiming to improve content security standards and practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Information Security or Content Security experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
• Jira account management experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong process mapping experience.

Nice To Haves

• Information Security Auditor certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with MPA Content Security Best Practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the TPN program.
• Manage TPN+ enhancements, including writing requirements and testing.
• Support the TPN ticketing system and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update the TPN website in collaboration with MPA IT.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to TPN member queries.
• Maintain the Best Practices and Additional Recommendations document.
• Manage the Best Practices in the TPN+ platform, including versioning and control mapping.
• QC TPN assessments in the TPN+ platform and provide feedback to Assessors.
• Track and manage assessment remediation updates and timelines.
• Develop and present regular metrics and reporting on TPN operations.
• Provide strategic input for planning and implementation of projects.
