About The Position

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple unarmed security officer contracts, acting as the primary liaison between Dunbar Guard Services and its contract customers. This role involves managing personnel, ensuring compliance with site requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise all shift supervisors and security officers.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage the career advancement of the assigned guard force.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all job site requirements and ensure adherence to 'Post Orders'.
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customer representatives.
• Resolve issues, perform site inspections, and recommend security improvements.
• Supervise personnel scheduling and assign security officers to sites.
• Ensure all security officers are properly uniformed and equipped with necessary duty gear.
• Maintain the site fleet vehicle, including maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Conduct random job site inspections and maintain logs of site visits and officer inspections.
• Assist in maintaining operational and expense budgets alongside the Branch Manager.
• Perform security guard services as needed to fill temporary openings.
