The specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards that govern the security operations of the company. The position involves managing various security systems, such as access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. The specialist will respond to security incidents and emergencies, investigate breaches, and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences. Ensuring the physical security of the manufacturing facility is a key responsibility, which includes overseeing perimeter security, building access control, and equipment protection. The specialist will also coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and other security providers to enhance the security posture of the organization. Promoting a safe and secure working environment is essential, and the specialist will develop and implement emergency preparedness plans, conduct safety training, and organize drills to ensure all employees are well-prepared for any potential incidents.
