About The Position

The Security Patrol Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of multiple properties through vehicle and foot patrols. This role requires vigilance in observing and reporting suspicious activities, maintaining detailed reports, and responding to emergencies. The position demands a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently within established guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of age with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Guard Card or proof of application for one prior to employment.
• 2 years of security guard experience required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for technology use at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle patrols of assigned locations.
• Perform foot patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and individuals.
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs).
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Utilize innovative, wireless technology for checkpoints and reporting in real-time.
