About the position

The Security Policy Dissemination Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is responsible for providing technical expertise in the dissemination and management of security policies. This role involves ensuring compliance with data governance guidelines, enhancing data quality, and supporting critical programs related to national defense and security. The SME will engage in various data management activities, including information gathering, quality assurance, and statistical analysis, while advocating for best practices in data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical skills for information dissemination and gathering.
• Conduct quality assurance and data analysis.
• Manage data preparation and enterprise perspective.
• Perform imagery manipulation and image interpretation.
• Engage in photogrammetric analysis and mensuration.
• Plan and organize data management processes.
• Solve problems and analyze processes for improvement.
• Develop and edit products based on data analysis.
• Conduct statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Experience with data management principles and governance guidelines.
• Understanding of data holdings for geospatial or organizational data.
• Ability to facilitate effective data production and storage.
• Experience with data workflow technologies (e.g., Collibra).
• Knowledge of security controls and compliance with data policies.
• Experience in evaluating data quality, usability, and availability.
• Advocacy and training on data management best practices.
• GEOINT or SIGINT background.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
