About The Position
The primary role and responsibility are to serve as the hospital's emergency 'First Responder'. This position works collaboratively with hospital staff to provide a safe environment for our stakeholders. The individual will proactively address and deescalate tense situations and/or conflict, respond to requests for security assistance, and work with law enforcement as needed. The role also involves enforcing hospital security policies and procedures, investigating incidents, and preparing written reports.
