About the position

Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving advanced training in safety & security. This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Security Rover Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• 1-2 Years Security experience.
• Valid New Mexico Driver's License - Paid Mileage outside Santa Fe!

• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
