About the position

The Security Service Technician role at Wittenbach Business Systems involves traveling to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and electronic security equipment. The technician ensures that these products function properly and addresses any issues promptly, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and electronic security equipment.
• Ensure minimal downtime of customer products by addressing issues promptly.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in computer software applications, including Android app software for timecards, expenses, and inventory control management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, with skills in disassembling and repairing assemblies.
• Understanding of equipment configuration and settings input.
