About the position
The Professional Security Shift Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. This role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Responsibilities
- Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
- Ensure the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
- Prepare written reports and logs in a neat and legible manner.
- Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
- Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience (if applicable).
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
