The Professional Security Shift Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating security services during assigned shifts at specific customer locations. This role acts as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers, ensuring quality service delivery and effective communication. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs in a neat and legible manner.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience (if applicable).
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites.
