About the position

The Security Shift Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating security services during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. This role involves acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, ensuring quality service delivery and effective communication among all parties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
