About the position
The Security Site Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services to assigned customers. This role acts as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. The supervisor will also provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff within the approved empowerment range, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to assigned customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
- Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline.
- Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
- Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
- Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce necessary reports for effective business management.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with Allied Universal's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
- Licensing requirements may be necessary prior to employment, subject to state/local laws.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client sites.
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts.
