About the position
The Security Site Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services at an assigned outlet center. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. The supervisor will also provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff, while enforcing company policies and safety programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
- Act as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers.
- Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
- Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
- Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce necessary reports for effective business management.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid NYS Drivers License for at least 1 year.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
