About the position

The Security Site Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services to assigned customers. This role acts as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. The position involves coaching, recognition, and discipline of site staff within an approved empowerment range, while also enforcing company policies and safety programs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Licensing requirements may be necessary prior to employment.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
