About the position

The Security SOC Operator at GardaWorld is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment through effective surveillance and access control. Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond to incidents as necessary.
• Control access for employees and vendors to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Provide detailed reporting on activities and incidents at the assigned location.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure safety and security.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possession of a state security license or ability to obtain one.
• At least 21 years of age as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
