About the position

The Security Solutions Engineer is responsible for estimating, designing, engineering, and programming high-tech security systems that ensure the safety and security of facilities. This role involves integrating various security solutions, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection, into a cohesive automated system.

Responsibilities

• Design and program access control systems, including basic card access and advanced biometric solutions.
• Configure and integrate indoor/outdoor camera systems with smart lighting for comprehensive facility monitoring.
• Implement intrusion prevention measures with automated alerts to security call centers or local authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in security systems design, programming, and integration, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Proficiency with security system programming and configuration.
• Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, PoE).
• Experience with access control (card, biometric) and surveillance technologies.
