Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
- Observe and survey the assigned area for security threats.
- Report on activity at the assigned location.
- Respond rapidly to critical situations as they arise.
- Read and write detailed reports on incidents and activities.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid IL driver's license.
- IL PERC certification.
- Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
