About the position

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Test Engineer (Security) to enhance the security posture of federal clients through innovative testing and analysis. This role involves leading security assessments, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security standards while supporting the continuous improvement of security practices.

Responsibilities

• Presents findings to stakeholders regarding security issues, risks, and remediation plans.
• Performs security research, analysis, and testing including threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Defines security testing approach and collaborates with Cyber, IT, and developers to integrate security into test plans.
• Documents risk impacts of test findings in detailed reports.
• Reviews and provides feedback on all Security Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) related documents.
• Provides scheduling support for security activities.
• Leads and coordinates post-deployment scan activities and reports on their status.
• Supports remediation of security findings from post-deployment scans.
• Assists in Cyber security assessment activities and compliance transformation efforts.
• Reviews code-related scan outcomes and aids in remediation of security findings.
• Reports on the status of code-related security findings and application code health from a security perspective.
• Supports the Cyber Penetration Test and Code analysis team in the final production code review process.
• Enhances continuous security monitoring of the application code base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, including network security, platform security, application security, and security frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
