Responsibilities

• Provide your creative vision and leadership to push boundaries and inspire innovation within your team.
• Lead diverse groups of talents in crafting cutting-edge digital communications, keeping everyone in sync with project milestones.
• Juggle the creative demands with precision, ensuring your team's work not only stands out for its creativity but also meets all deadlines.
• Apply your deep knowledge in art direction, design, and branding to elevate every project your team touches.
• Motivate your colleagues to think bigger and bolder, creating a workplace where exceptional ideas flourish under your guidance.
• Keep your pulse on the latest design trends and media innovations, infusing your projects with fresh, exciting ideas.
• Work closely with clients to unpack briefs and set a clear, compelling direction for each project, seamlessly translating strategies into creative executions.
• Mentor emerging creative stars, offering the feedback and direction needed to polish their skills and ensure the agency's reputation for design excellence and precision.

Requirements

• 7+ years of agency experience, with 3+ years managing a team.
• Award-winning portfolio showcasing a range of mediums.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of digital media and emerging technologies.
• Dedication to graphic consistency, brand standards, and quality across all channels.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Illustration and animation skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
