We are seeking a dedicated child care assistant teacher/float to join our team at Monroe Alliance Child Care Center. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Plan engaging and educational lessons
• Provide care in a daycare setting
• Educate children in literacy and math skills
• Provide attentive toddler care
• Foster childhood development through interactive activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Experience working in private schools or daycare centers preferred
• Ability to educate and engage children in literacy education
• Proficiency in toddler care techniques
• Must pass a background check and TB test
• CPR & First Aid training required
