About the position

The Virtual Assistant position is a remote role focused on supporting an Amazon business startup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA and proficiency in using Helium 10, responsible for various tasks including product research, listing optimization, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research and analysis using Helium 10 and other tools
• Optimize product listings, keywords, and PPC campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels and sales trends
• Assist with competitor analysis and market trends
• Handle customer inquiries and support tasks related to Amazon FBA
• Provide regular performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Proven experience with Amazon FBA operations
• Proficiency in Helium 10 and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional Amazon tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Keepa)
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices
