About the position
We are a busy family of five seeking a dedicated housekeeper, affectionately referred to as a 'Second Mom', to assist with household tasks during weekdays. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of working independently after initial training. This role involves cleaning, organizing, and light meal preparation, contributing to a well-maintained home environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean the house and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Create and manage a rotating schedule of household tasks.
- Clean up the kitchen, including loading the dishwasher and putting dishes away.
- Do laundry and assist with light meal preparation.
- Identify and complete tasks that need attention without supervision.
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or similar roles.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to discuss preferences and tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with pets, specifically dogs and birds.
- Background in family-oriented environments.
