About the position
The position is for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a special needs adult in Vista, CA. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home care for a special needs adult.
- Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, meal prep, and laundry.
- Support the individual in physical activities and therapy sessions.
- Help with communication efforts for a non-verbal individual.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the individual's needs.
Requirements
- Valid LVN license required.
- BLS Certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Home Health Care required.
- Experience working with cognitive disabilities is valued.
- Reliability and professionalism are essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in cognitive or physical therapy is a plus.
