About the position

We are seeking talented videographers who can adapt their skills from high-end film sets to small-scale projects. The role involves collaborating with clients to capture engaging footage for social media and YouTube content, ensuring that the vision aligns with the creative brief provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture required shots during 2-3 hour shoots.
• Follow a creative brief and shot list to maximize time on location.
• Upload raw footage to the post-production team by the end of the day.
• Execute specific shot lists while capturing additional b-roll footage.
• Manage and troubleshoot personal equipment on-site.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to create engaging narratives through visuals and understand pacing and shot selection.
• Innovative mindset for transforming ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Adaptability to work in various environments and adjust to changes quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively communicate with clients and align on vision.
• Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting personal equipment.
