About the position

The SEER-H Product Specialist and Senior Cost Analyst at Galorath will provide comprehensive program, acquisition, and financial support, focusing on effective integrated program management throughout the lifecycle of research, development, and production activities. This role involves cost estimating, analysis, and the development of strategic reports to address complex issues faced by government programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SEER-H product support and cost estimating for various programs across all acquisition lifecycle phases.
  • Prepare program cost analysis requirements documents and evaluate historical data for cost analysis.
  • Conduct market surveys, economic analyses, and Total Ownership Cost evaluations.
  • Support contractors' SEER-H cost data and estimates, ensuring compliance with government cost estimating procedures.
  • Develop and modify program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and verify compliance with requirements.
  • Apply program management and systems engineering experience to develop solutions for customer challenges.
  • Create strategic briefings and reports summarizing technical, programmatic, and financial issues.
  • Manage information requests and tasks through to completion.
  • Perform research and analysis to provide recommendations on relevant issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or a comparable STEM degree.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting federal government programs.
  • At least 10 years of proficiency with cost model SEER-H, MS Office, PRICE & SMC/Industry standard models.
  • Proficient with ACEIT and able to generate Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
  • Proficient with PowerPoint for generating presentation artifacts.
  • Proficient with Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP for data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex information technologies and cost estimation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
