The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in championing TechInsights as the authoritative information platform for the semiconductor industry. This position requires an experienced and enthusiastic individual who can conduct customer research, develop positioning and messaging, create content, and enable sales for various segments and personas. The successful candidate will utilize critical thinking and customer insights to investigate available data and determine strategies to enhance user engagement, renewal rates, and new business pipelines. The role involves creating and delivering powerful content that communicates the company's value proposition and competitive advantages, thereby enabling sales and customer success teams to effectively engage with clients. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing operations, sales enablement, segment leaders, and the wider organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of a well-developed go-to-market strategy across TechInsights' platform and offerings. The ideal candidate should be creative, curious, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator, with a strong focus on customer needs and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key products and participate in launch planning for various content sets.
  • Articulate target segments and personas, competitive landscape, critical challenges, GTM strategies, value propositions, and key messaging.
  • Collaborate with segment leaders to ensure the value proposition and messaging of platform offerings meet customer needs.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging tailored to segments and personas across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to develop integrated marketing plans that drive active users, sales pipeline, and renewals.
  • Define content requirements to target various personas at each stage of the funnel, ensuring customer needs are represented in every experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit to empower Account Executives and Inside Sales to exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate positive relationships across segment leaders, customer experience, marketing operations, platform technical staff, and leadership to identify impactful opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on product roadmap, product training, marketing initiatives, collateral concepts, internal processes, and sales tools.
  • Implement processes and workflows that refine and create efficiencies in day-to-day activities and engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product marketing manager or a background in turning complex, technical content into impactful stories.
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing and sales processes.
  • Experience driving revenue growth of syndicated content through subscriptions and increased active users in B2B engagements.
  • Confidence in producing successful go-to-market strategies with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to think from a customer's perspective while considering business needs.
  • Collaboration skills to mediate across teams and subject matter at all levels of understanding and seniority.
  • Desire to create compelling content, analysis, presentation materials, mock-ups, and enablement tools quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of semiconductor technology, especially in foundry or capital equipment segments, is a significant asset.
