About the position

The Automation Test Analyst at Infosys Limited is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of existing systems through validation and quality assurance processes. This role involves conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review system functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
• Lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Selenium-Java Testing in the Banking domain.
• Experience in Agile project execution.
• Good experience in Automation framework.
• Working experience in test management tools such as JIRA and ALM.
• Experience in SQL and BDD Framework would be a big plus.
• Understanding of any automation tool preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
