About the position

The Automation Test Analyst at Infosys will serve as a validation and quality assurance expert, focusing on reviewing the functionality of existing systems. This role involves conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing tests, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems' functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.
• Design and lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Selenium-Java Testing in the Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience in Agile project execution.
• Good experience in Automation framework.
• Working experience in test management tools such as JIRA and ALM.
• Experience in SQL and BDD Framework would be a big plus.
• Understanding of any automation tool preferred.
