About the position

As a Selenium Automation Test Analyst at Infosys, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your role will involve conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.
  • Lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 2 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in Selenium-Java Testing in the Banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile project execution.
  • Good experience in automation frameworks.
  • Working experience in test management tools such as JIRA and ALM.
  • Experience in SQL and BDD Framework would be a big plus.
  • Understanding of any automation tool preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
