About the position

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking an upbeat Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with an active young man with a developmental disability. In this role, you will help him learn key independent living skills and experience social opportunities in the community. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and strong organizational skills. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. This position is part-time, with hours scheduled from Monday through Friday, specifically from 3 PM to 8 PM. The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
