The Assistant Manager position at Rancho Sahuarita Self Storage & RV is a part-time role focused on managing the daily operations of self-storage facilities. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle rental agreements, and maintain the property while ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Effectively answer telephone inquiries
  • Rent storage units
  • Prepare and understand self-storage rental agreements
  • Handle financial transactions and banking activities
  • Maintain a clean and operational property, inside and out
  • Collect rent and proactively make collection calls as needed

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work at other locations
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work during the week and weekends
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and driver's insurance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a full background check and drug screening
