About the position

At Gunn Nissan LTD, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vehicle Acquisition Specialists. This role is not just about selling; it’s about helping customers sell us their vehicles. As an Appraisal Specialist at one of our Call Centers, you will be responsible for contacting leads, conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and performing vehicle inspections to determine their values. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience while selling their vehicles to us. You will guide them through the entire process, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their interaction with us. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and we believe that starts with our team members. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are not only comfortable on the phone but also possess a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. While prior call center experience is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our family-owned business. Responsibilities

  • Contact leads and conduct follow-up calls to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with phone interactions.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Call center experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Familiarity with vehicle appraisal processes.
