About the position
The Selling Sales Manager at WeLink is responsible for maintaining a personal sales quota while leading a door-to-door sales team to achieve company revenue targets. Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal sales quota and lead by example.
- Oversee the door-to-door sales team to achieve company revenue targets.
- Recruit, lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to meet company goals.
- Communicate sales strategies and results to senior management.
Requirements
- Prior experience leading a team.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager or relevant role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
