The Selling Sales Manager at Ecosun Homes is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales efforts and managing a team of sales professionals in the new home construction industry. This position focuses on converting leads into sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance business growth and market share.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for new home builds.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead conversions to contract negotiations and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity to senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably in the new home construction industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Real Estate License is required.
