About the position

The role is focused on enhancing supply chain and operations for Fortune 500 clients by developing strategies and operating models that integrate various functions such as planning, procurement, and fulfillment. The position requires a professional who can leverage data skills to improve supply chain processes, drive efficiency, and foster collaboration across organizations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success while promoting sustainability and resilience in supply chains.

Responsibilities

  • Find solutions to clients' supply chain and operations-related challenges
  • Spot and solve challenges using analytical skills to dive into data
  • Lead workshops to improve organizations and processes
  • Determine methods and procedures for project completion
  • Provide clients with insights to enhance efficiency
  • Challenge legacy working methods to fuel client growth
  • Utilize digital technology to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Manage medium to large-sized teams with diverse skills
  • Effectively coach and collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Support client sales origination and thought leadership development
  • Ensure projects align with client goals
  • Drive positive community impact
  • Use analytical tools and digital technology for improvement insights

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning initiatives
  • Minimum of 8 years of external consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience at Senior Manager level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate's degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep specialization in Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory Planning
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Functional-level understanding of technology solutions
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
  • Experience with data analytics tools for improvement
  • Prior experience using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
