About the position

The Semiconductors Supply Chain Planning & Operations - Consulting Senior Manager role at Accenture involves leading efforts to help clients develop and implement strategies that enhance their supply chain processes. Responsibilities

  • Find solutions to clients' supply chain and operations-related challenges
  • Spot and solve challenges using analytical skills to dive into data
  • Lead workshops to identify ways to improve organizations and processes
  • Determine methods and procedures for project completion
  • Provide clients with insights to enhance operational efficiency
  • Challenge legacy working methods to fuel client growth
  • Utilize digital technology to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Manage medium to large-sized teams with diverse skills
  • Coach and collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Support client sales origination and thought leadership development
  • Ensure projects align with clients' key goals
  • Drive positive community impact through work

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning initiatives
  • Minimum of 8 years of external consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience at a Senior Manager level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate's degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep specialization in Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory Planning
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Functional-level understanding of technology solutions
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
  • Experience with data analytics tools for improvement opportunities
  • Prior experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
