About the position

The Senior UX Product Designer at Zoom will lead complex user experience design initiatives for collaborative document tools integrated within the Zoom platform. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving innovative product strategies to enhance user experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead complex and strategic end-to-end user experience design initiatives across multiple high-impact products.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership in the domain of UX design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional senior leadership teams and product strategists to formulate and drive innovative product strategies.
• Conceive, develop, and refine sophisticated designs that address user pain points and set benchmarks for user experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive design experience with a proven track record in complex project environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Exceptional full-stack design capabilities and mastery of advanced design tools and technologies.
• Experience designing for desktop, mobile, web, and emerging technologies.
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage complex product requirements and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Extraordinary aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Deep proficiency in human-computer interaction design and understanding of user insights.
