About the position

The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager at Fieldguide is a strategic role focused on spearheading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive targeted marketing efforts for key accounts. This position is essential in executing the company's go-to-market strategy for vertical SaaS, collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to engage target accounts effectively and open business opportunities. The role emphasizes proactive marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs of high-priority clients in the audit, advisory, and risk management sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and refine the ABM strategy for target accounts.
• Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to the specific needs of each target account.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop account-specific marketing plans.
• Develop and oversee the creation of personalized content and messaging for key accounts.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage ABM tools and platforms to manage and optimize campaigns.
• Partner with product marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Conduct ongoing research to understand the needs and trends within target verticals.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on ABM campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on Account-Based Marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
• Vertical SaaS experience is a plus.
