As the Senior Account Executive for Digital Media Sales at Redfin, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital advertising sales efforts. This position is crucial for achieving our revenue objectives by identifying customers and developing sales strategies that generate direct sales revenue. You will be responsible for owning and driving all phases of the sales lifecycle, which includes identifying and developing leads, meeting with clients, crafting compelling value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing sales. In this role, you will be selling complex advertising programs and will be expected to source, develop, and cultivate relationships with both new and existing digital media agencies as well as brand marketers directly. Your ability to identify, target, and acquire new direct business will be essential in meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You will also follow up on incoming leads, effectively communicating our advertising offerings and capabilities to potential buyers and ad agencies, ensuring excellent service and support to all prospects and clients. You will lead the full sales process independently, from sourcing to closing, while collaborating with programmatic sales, sales leadership, and sales support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and to grow accounts. Planning and coordinating sales activities will be part of your responsibilities, including managing the sales pipeline and conducting Win/Loss reviews on new accounts. Additionally, you will partner with sales leadership to develop sales strategies across various channels, including display, native, email marketing, and video, while promoting Redfin Real Estate Advertising at industry events.
