About the position

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) at Minitab, LLC is responsible for managing enterprise accounts and driving sales growth through the identification and qualification of new opportunities. This role involves developing and executing account plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The SAE will work in a virtual team environment and is expected to travel for on-site meetings with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Drive the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute account and opportunity plans to generate new business and renewals.
• Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, measured by customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Manage time effectively and collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 100%+ achievement on assigned sales quotas.
• Experience in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts with annual revenues of $1 billion or more.
• Ability to manage a territory effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover customer business problems.
