About the position

As an Account Executive at OpenText, you will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage information to enhance their efficiency and growth in a digital landscape. Responsibilities

  • Help customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in a digital world.
  • Engage in consultative selling and actively listen to customer needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive territory plans to identify and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.
  • Deliver masterful client presentations and run effective meetings.
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best solutions are provided to clients.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of the B2B buying process and familiarity with key competitors and industry trends.
  • Ability to deploy advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp new products and solutions quickly.
  • Completed post-secondary education and a passion for continuous learning.
