Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level corporate decision-makers.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly bookings and revenue targets.
• Engage with internal leadership teams and event stakeholders to ensure event deliverables are met.
• Close deals with qualified Fortune 2000 prospective clients using a consultative approach.
• Develop and manage sales revenue and operation budgets, providing forecasting reports.
• Innovate and develop new ideas and programs for events that meet stakeholder objectives.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and ensure timely execution of events.
• Collaborate with Partnership Marketing to create sponsorship opportunities that provide value to partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the event or hospitality industry.
• Strong financial background and experience with event budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex deals and managing high-value accounts.
• Experience using CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
