About The Position

HUB Private Client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and Platinum clients while providing mentorship and leadership to our growing team. This role requires sophisticated insurance expertise, exceptional client relationship management, and the ability to drive strategic renewal and new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  • Good typing skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to work within designated time frames
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • P&C License required
  • Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must
  • Applied Epic Experience Preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)

  • Must have experience working with HNW carriers Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and AIG/PCS

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of high-net-worth & Platinum-level personal lines clients, serving as primary point of contact for complex insurance needs
  • Lead comprehensive renewal strategies, including carrier negotiations, coverage analysis, and premium optimization for sophisticated personal insurance programs
  • Ensure exceptional client service delivery and retention through proactive communication and strategic account management
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and annual reviews, prepare proposals, and policy summaries
  • Collaborate with carrier partners to secure optimal coverage terms and resolve complex underwriting situations
  • Maintain expert knowledge of high-net-worth insurance marketplace trends, carrier appetites, and emerging coverage solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives, providing technical training and professional development support
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to expand the client base and deepen existing client relationships
