About the position

The Senior Account Executive for Tech Consumer Electronics at Google is responsible for driving business growth and marketing maturity for key clients in the technology and gaming sectors. This role involves building trusted relationships with C-level executives, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored advertising solutions. The position requires a strategic mindset to align Google's offerings with client objectives, ensuring effective communication and analytical support to enhance client success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, leading a cross-functional team to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Tech Consumer Electronics, Gaming, or Entertainment industries.
  • Experience with Google Artificial Intelligence (AI) products or similar advertising solutions and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to tenaciously promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Excellent problem-solving and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
