About the position

The Senior Account Executive at Anomali is responsible for full life cycle field sales and enterprise account development in the southeastern United States, specifically targeting regions in Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky. This role focuses on driving sales of Anomali's AI-powered security operations platform, which integrates various security analytics tools to enhance organizational security and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand enterprise accounts in the designated regions.
  • Engage in full life cycle solution selling, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Generate pipeline and close business effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-Suite executives.
  • Understand and articulate information security concepts and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle solution selling experience in SaaS or cybersecurity applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong ability to connect with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Desire to learn new technology and grow within the company.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience in Security Analytics, SIEM, Big Data, Cloud, or Threat Intelligence.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to generate pipeline and close business.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in selling to various verticals.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts in the target region.
