About the position

The Senior Account Executive at EBI Consulting is a pivotal role focused on business development within the commercial real estate sector, particularly targeting national and regional lenders, brokers, and property owners. This position aims to enhance EBI's growth by leveraging existing relationships and introducing a diverse range of service lines to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships, all while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term, dynamic, customer-intimate relationships with clients.
  • Exhibit excellent business development, customer service, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate sales initiatives.
  • Regularly update and utilize CRM tools and systems to manage business development activities.
  • Provide data to sales management to develop sales forecasts by analyzing economic and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a business development position related to commercial real estate due diligence.
  • Strong existing relationships in the commercial real estate finance industry.
