About the position

The Senior Account Manager - EPC at Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is responsible for managing sales activities within assigned accounts in the Engineering, Fabrication, and Construction industries. This role involves maximizing revenue, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting strategic sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all sales activities within assigned account base.
  • Act as the primary client liaison to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maximize revenue in existing accounts and acquire new business.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Author and maintain account plans for critical accounts.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate company personnel involvement to meet account performance objectives.
  • Proactively assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate quarterly forecasts and pipeline using Hexagon's CRM.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in quota carrying sales with a proven track record.
  • Extensive experience in Oil, Gas, Power, and Construction markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new business.
  • Proven leadership skills in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • High bias for action.
