About the position

The Senior Account Manager for Federal Healthcare at NVIDIA is a high-energy technology sales professional responsible for leading enterprise accounts within the Federal Healthcare market. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with Federal Health agencies, collaborating with various internal teams to support growth objectives, and driving the adoption of NVIDIA's platform technologies. The position requires a deep understanding of the Federal Healthcare landscape and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior executives to technical leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for Federal Health customers.
  • Identify and prospect new agencies and programs.
  • Build a strategic relationship with Federal Health agencies working collaboratively with business development, developer relations, and solution architects.
  • Create and manage accurate forecasts.
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic account plan that yields multi-year revenue growth and drives NVIDIA platform adoption.
  • Understand and present NVIDIA key platform technologies including Clara, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Generative AI/LLMs, Software (SDK/APIs), High Performance Computing (HPC), AI/ML workloads, and Digital Twins.
  • Collaborate with diverse partners to build and implement strategies for growing and adopting enterprise products.
  • Handle complex engagements and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the long-term success of the team by being a collaborative leader among peers.
  • Consistently seek to improve and reinvent oneself.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience selling technology solutions to senior leaders and developers within the Federal Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Successful track record of growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions.
  • An extensive network of customer and partner contacts across the Federal Healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform across hardware (Networking, GPU, and CPU).
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while handling evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and influence cross-functionally.
  • Outstanding customer and channel partner relationship skills with strong executive presence.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of data science, AI, Gen AI, and accelerated compute.
  • A strong passion for understanding new technologies and conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to persuade using creative communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and work in a matrix-managed team culture.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of 220,000 USD - 345,000 USD based on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.
